随着时代的发展,社会的进步,一项由中国发明的新兴的体育项目—三门球运动诞生了。作为一项新兴的体育项目,三门球以丰富的文化内涵及健身性、娱乐性与观赏性有机结合的特点,能够满足当今学生求新、求异的心理特点与精神需求,另外三门球运动对场地环境等条件的要求不是很高,具有广泛的适应性,因此它深受广大师生的欢迎。它在培养学生身心协调发展、增强体质、能在短时间满足学生成功的心理体验、培养团结协作等方面有着重要作用。
With the development of the times and the progress of society, a new sports project invented by China, Sanmen Ball Sports was born. As a new sports project, Sanmenball can meet the psychological characteristics and spiritual needs of today’s students with their rich cultural connotation and fitness, entertainment and ornamental characteristics.
