试验证明了把颗粒镁“分散”地喷入铁水中并充分扩散的脱硫过程所具有的脱硫潜力。开发的大用量喷镁脱硫工艺可以将铁水预处理熔池中的换热-换质界面增大33%~50%,由此提高了镁的利用率,喷镁用量由7~13 kg/min增加到16~25 kg/min,脱硫及扒渣全过程耗时只相当于转炉冶炼周期的50%~70%。确定了喷吹过程参数和装置结构参数,所有的工艺任务由一套喷吹装置完成。研发的成果在钢厂已被应用。
Experiments have demonstrated the desulfurization potential of a desulfurization process in which particles of magnesium are “dispersedly” sprayed into the molten iron and fully diffused. Magnesium desulphurization was developed to increase the heat exchange-reforming interface in molten iron pretreatment bath by 33% ~ 50%, thereby increasing the utilization of magnesium.
