8月中旬,我与珠江水利委员会、省水电厅有关技术人员一起,对东江进行了调查研究。珠江三大水系之一的东江,是广东各江河水资源开发较好的一条江,也是矛盾问题较多的一条江。东江水资源开发管理涉及东江流域的河源、惠州、东莞、广州等市和防洪、发电、航运、用水、水源保护等部门;涉及到香港、深圳、广州的城市、工业用水。为了更好地使东江服务于四化建设,应对东江水资源实行统一开发管理。
In mid-August, I conducted a survey on the Dongjiang River along with the technical staff from the Pearl River Water Conservancy Commission and the Provincial Hydropower Department. The Dongjiang River, one of the three major river systems in the Pearl River, is a well-developed river for water resources in all rivers in Guangdong. It is also a river with more contradictions. Dongjiang water resources development and management involves the Hejiang River, Huizhou, Dongguan, Guangzhou and other cities and flood control, power generation, shipping, water, water protection and other departments in the Dongjiang River Basin; involving urban, industrial water in Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Guangzhou. In order to better serve Dongjiang in the four modernizations, it is necessary to implement the unified development and management of Dongjiang water resources.
