多孔层开管柱是毛细管色谱中一个较重要的体系,柱内载体的表面积是评价这种柱子的一个非常重要的参数,又是进行物理化学研究的一个非常重要的物理量。因此毛细管柱内载体表面积的测定是很有意义的工作,迄今对此只报导了一种低温氮气的方法。这种方法需要液氮和氩气,操作复杂,每次操作只能得到一个实验点,测定时间亢长,并且只能用热导池检测器使方法的应用受到限制。
Porous column open column is one of the most important systems in capillary chromatography. The surface area of the column carrier is a very important parameter to evaluate this column. It is also a very important physical quantity for physicochemical study. Therefore, the determination of the surface area of the carrier in the capillary column is of great interest. To date, only a low-temperature nitrogen method has been reported. This method requires liquid nitrogen and argon and is complicated to operate. Only one experimental point can be obtained for each operation, the measurement time is long and the method can only be limited by the use of a thermal conductivity cell detector.
