为了解正常人卵泡液(FF)中胰岛素样生长因子Ⅱ(IGF-Ⅱ)的浓度及其与性激素、促性腺激素、胰岛素的关系,探讨IGF-Ⅱ在正常卵泡发育中的作用。对22例月经周期正常妇女的26个卵泡期卵泡(周期第7~17d)FF内IGF-Ⅱ、E2、P、T、LH、FSH、INS以及部分病例血清标本中IGF-Ⅱ浓度进行了放免检测,分析血清与 FF IGF-Ⅱ浓度及FF IGF-Ⅱ与性激素、促性腺激素、胰岛素之间的关系。结果发现:FF IGF-Ⅱ浓度与血清之间无相关性(P>0.05),与卵泡大小,周期天数,FF E2、INS浓度呈正相关(P<0.05),与 FF LH/FSH呈负相关(P<0.05)。提示IGF-Ⅱ是人卵巢自分泌的调节因子,对卵泡的发育起一定作用。
To investigate the relationship between IGF-Ⅱ and sex hormones, gonadotrophin and insulin in normal human follicular fluid (FF) and explore the role of IGF-Ⅱ in normal follicle development. IGF-Ⅱ, E2, P, T, LH, FSH, INS in serum of FF of 26 follicular follicles (cycles 7-17d) of 22 women with normal menstrual cycle were excluded from the study The serum and FF IGF-Ⅱ concentrations and the relationship between FF-IGF-Ⅱ and sex hormones, gonadotropin and insulin were detected and analyzed. The results showed that there was no correlation between the concentration of FF-II and serum (P> 0.05), but positively correlated with the follicle size, number of days, FF E2 and INS concentration (P <0.05) Was negatively correlated (P <0.05). Tip IGF-Ⅱ is a regulator of human ovarian autocrine, the development of follicles play a role.
