目的 建立水样中亚硝酸盐的高效液相色谱分析方法。方法 用间接紫外-高效液相色谱法测定水样中痕量亚硝酸盐,以甲醇-0.10mol/L邻苯二甲酸(用0.10mol/L氢氧化钠调pH=8.6)5+95为流动相,采用ODP色谱柱,水样直接过滤处理法。结累 测定波长270nm,流量0.9 ml/min,测定亚硝酸盐的线性范围为 0.0~20.0μg/ml,精密度为3.9%,平均回收率为99.9%,检测限为0.001μm/ml。结论 本法可用于生活饮用水、纯净水及矿泉水中微量亚硝酸盐的测定。
Objective To establish a method for the analysis of nitrite in water samples by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods The trace nitrite in water samples was determined by indirect UV - HPLC with methanol - 0.10 mol / L phthalic acid (pH = 8.6 with 0.10 mol / L sodium hydroxide) 5 + 95 Phase, using ODP column, water filtration method directly. The results showed that the linear range of determination of nitrite was 0.0 ~ 20.0μg / ml, the precision was 3.9%, the average recovery was 99.9% and the detection limit was 0.001μm / ml. Conclusion This method can be used for determination of trace nitrite in drinking water, purified water and mineral water.
