现行水泥混凝土路面翘曲应力计算,都假设温度沿板的厚度呈直线分布。但全国多处实测表明,即使20厘米厚路面中在温度梯度最大时的温度分布也不是直线的。本文将半无限体温度场解与实测的温度曲线相联系,提出计算非线性温度分布产生的内应力公式,该公式比较准确而便捷,可供实际应用。
The calculation of the current cement concrete pavement warpage stress assumes that the temperature is linearly distributed along the thickness of the slab. However, many measurements across the country show that even in the 20 cm thick pavement, the temperature distribution at the maximum temperature gradient is not linear. In this paper, the semi-infinite body temperature field solution is connected with the measured temperature curve. The formula of calculating the internal stress caused by the non-linear temperature distribution is proposed. The formula is accurate and convenient and can be applied in practice.
