尿道肉阜为尿道外口良性肉芽肿,以年龄较大的女性多见。我院自1974年1月至1979年4月收治本病22例,现报告于后。本组年龄为24～81岁(其中40岁以上的有15例),均为婚后女性。一、症状和体征:多数病人以疼痛为主要症状,其次为出血或触之出血。伴有尿道炎或膀胱炎时,则有尿频、尿急和尿痛。部分病人由于肉阜极度敏感,触疼明显,可有性感不快。本组22例中有疼痛及触痛者20例;有出血或触之出血者4例;伴有尿频者10例,其余12例无膀胱或尿道刺激症状。肿物为红色或暗红色,质软,向尿道口外突出,多
