表面多孔种植体可以大大增加其与骨的接触面积,降低了种植体-骨界面的应力,使应用力更加分散,骨可长入表面孔隙中,加强了种植体与骨的结合力。作者采用纯钛粉等离子喷涂方法制成钛表面多孔种植体,植入拔除下颌前磨牙3个月后狗的下颌骨中,于植入后1、2、4、8、12周对种植体-骨界面行组织学光镜、扫描电镜及力学测试等方法观察。结果表明:骨逐渐长入种植体表面孔隙中,并与钛表面形成骨性结合,所承受的剪切强度明显高于同等规格的表面光滑种植体。提示:钛表面多孔螺旋种植体组织相容性良好,具有较优的力学性能。
Surface porous implants can greatly increase the contact area with the bone, reduce the stress at the implant-bone interface, make the application force more dispersed, and the bone can grow into the surface pores and strengthen the binding force between the implant and the bone. The author uses pure titanium powder plasma spray method to make porous titanium implant on the surface of the mandible, implants the mandibular premolar extraction 3 months after the dog mandibular, 1, 2, 4, 8, 12 weeks after implantation on the implant - Bone interface line histological light microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and mechanical test methods such as observation. The results show that the bone gradually grows into the pores of the implant surface and forms a bony bond with the titanium surface, and the shear strength of the bone is obviously higher than that of the same size smooth surface implant. Tip: titanium surface porous helical implant tissue compatibility, has excellent mechanical properties.
