肺出血肾炎综合征(Goodpasture’s synd-rome)多见于成人,儿童病例报道较少。现将我们见到的一例报告如下:患者女性,12岁,住院号80-8-660-8。于1980年5月30日入院。主诉低热,面色苍白,头昏,常有喘咳近一年,近三个月来反复咯血,血尿。曾经输血及口服强的松治疗,病情时好时坏,喘咳剧烈时,常反复咯血,痰液呈胶冻样,紫褐色。呈现肉眼血尿,外观洗肉水样,时有时无。近半个月来,患儿病情加重,喘咳较剧,全身浮肿,面色苍白,头昏不能长时坐立。
Goodpasture’s syndrome (Goodpasture’s synd-rome) more common in adults, children less reported cases. Now we see a report as follows: Patient Female, 12 years old, hospital number 80-8-660-8. Admitted to hospital on May 30, 1980. Chief complaint of low heat, pale, dizzy, often cough for nearly a year, nearly three months to hemoptysis, hematuria. Had blood transfusion and oral prednisone treatment, the condition of good and bad time, severe cough, often repeated hemoptysis, sputum was jelly-like, purple-brown. Macroscopic hematuria, the appearance of wash water samples, sometimes without. Nearly two months, children with aggravating illness, more cough than drama, body edema, pale, dizziness can not sit for a long time.
