为研究水泥乳化沥青混凝土的路用性能。本文对不同水泥掺量的乳化沥青混凝土高温性能、低温性能、水稳性能和抗渗性能进行了试验研究。结果表明:将1%~4%的水泥添加到乳化沥青混凝土中后,其高温稳定性、水稳定性和抗渗性能都得到了较大的提升,而低温性能变化不大;水泥水化产物对乳化沥青混凝土内部微小空隙的填充作用及水泥水化产物和乳化沥青胶浆相互穿插对胶结料与集料界面粘结的改善作用是其上述性能得到改善的主要原因。
To study the road performance of cement emulsified asphalt concrete. In this paper, different levels of cement content of emulsified asphalt concrete high temperature performance, low temperature performance, water stability and impermeability were tested. The results show that 1% ~ 4% of cement added to the emulsified asphalt concrete, the high temperature stability, water stability and impermeability have been greatly improved, while the low temperature performance changed little; cement hydration products The main reason for the above-mentioned performance improvement is that the filling of the tiny voids in the emulsified asphalt concrete and the interpenetrating of the cement hydration product and the emulsified asphalt mortar improve the adhesion between the cementing material and the aggregate.
