篮球运球技术复杂,方法很多,但总起来可分为两大类:高运球和低运球。对于高、低运球技术,各有关篮球技术的书刊里谈的很多,但根据本人的实践和体会,认为在某些技术细节上,有值得商榷的地方。一、如何区分高、低运球?在体育系通刚教材《篮球》一书中这样写道:“两腿弯屈的程度视其运球高低而定,高运球可屈得浅一些,低运球屈得深一些。……高运球:运球时身体重心较高……;低运球,降低重心……。”从运球人体姿势、重心高低来区分高、低运球的观点,我是赞同的,因为高运球时人体必然采取高姿高重心;反之,低运球时人体必然采取低姿低重心。二、对于高、低运球技术动作的分析:体育系通用教材《篮球》中这样写道:“运球时手臂肘关节弯曲,以肘关节为轴前臂做上下伸屈动作”;而在高等学校教学用书《篮球、排球、足球教学法》这样叙述:

Second, the analysis of high and low dribbling technical movement: General Department of Physical Education “Basketball” wrote: “dribble arm elbow flexion to the elbow as the axis forearm up and down flexion movements”; and In colleges and universities teaching book “basketball, volleyball, football teaching method” narrative:
