This paper briefly introduces the status and function of the short-range ground air defense system in modern warfare, and briefly describes its data fusion process. The application of genetic algorithm in the data static association is introduced emphatically. A coding method is given, Fitness function selection method, genetic operation implementation method, and missed inspection processing method.
