我国玉米种植面积很大,但玉米秸秆目前尚不能得到有效利用。每年秋收种麦的季节,玉米秸秆的焚烧都会引起严重的空气污染,给人们的生活和交通带来不利影响。玉米秸秆的合理利用成为农业生产中值得关注的问题。利用玉米秸秆栽培食用菌有明显的优越性,不仅可以变废为宝,提高农民收入,还可以改善人民生活的食物结构,提高人体健康水平,而且投资小见效快,有利于农业持续健康发展。
China’s corn acreage is very large, but corn straw can not yet be effectively used. The annual harvest of autumn wheat, corn stalks burning will cause serious air pollution, to people’s lives and traffic adversely affected. The rational utilization of corn straw has become a concern in agricultural production. Edible mushroom cultivation with corn stalks have obvious advantages, not only turning waste into treasure, increase farmers’ income, but also improve the food structure of people’s lives and improve human health, and small investment quick, is conducive to the sustainable and healthy development of agriculture.
