目的:观察参芪扶正液对直肠癌术后放疗期间免疫功能及临床症状的疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为2组各30例,对照组单纯予放疗治疗,治疗组除放疗外,在放疗开始前3天,每天静脉滴注参芪扶正液250mL,直到放疗结束。结果:参芪扶正液能明显减轻气阴两虚的症状,提高患者的自然杀伤细胞(NK细胞)、T淋巴细胞及其亚群的活性,保护了肝功能,很好地稳定了白细胞及血红蛋白。结论:应用参芪扶正液使患者能更好地耐受放疗,从而延长患者的生存期,改善其生活质量。
Objective: To observe the effect of Shenqi Fuzheng Ye on immune function and clinical symptoms during postoperative radiotherapy of rectal cancer. Methods: Sixty patients were randomly divided into two groups of 30 cases. The control group was treated with radiotherapy alone. In addition to radiotherapy, the treatment group received intravenous infusion of 250ml of Shenqi Fuzheng fluid three days before the start of radiotherapy until the end of radiotherapy. Results: Shenqi Fuzheng Liquid can obviously relieve the symptoms of qi and yin deficiency, improve the activity of natural killer (NK) cells, T lymphocytes and their subgroups, protect the liver function and stabilize the white blood cells and hemoglobin . Conclusion: The application Shenqifuzheng fluid to patients better tolerate radiotherapy, thereby prolonging the survival of patients and improve their quality of life.
