开滦唐家庄矿是一座具有60多年开采历史的收缩型矿井,面临着资源枯竭、产量减少、地质构造复杂、经济效益差等困难。在这种困境中,作为“算账人”的矿财务科,积极参与经营决策,管理划成本调控、经济核算入手,抓好财务管理,使企业经济面貌大为改观。继1987年基本完成利润指标后,1988年比计划减亏342万元,1989年又比计划减亏350多万元。
Kailuan Tangjiazhuang Mine is a contracted mine with more than 60 years of mining history, and is faced with difficulties such as resource depletion, reduced production, complex geological structures, and poor economic returns. In this dilemma, as the “accounting person” of the mining finance department, actively participate in business decision-making, management of cost control, economic accounting start, do a good job of financial management, so that the economic outlook of the enterprise greatly improved. Following the basic completion of profit targets in 1987, the loss reduction plan was 3.42 million yuan in 1988, and in 1989 it was more than 350 million yuan less than planned.
