随着我国经济的快速发展,我国酒店行业逐渐兴起,人们开始意识到,发展酒店行业,提高竞争力,除了要完善酒店的硬件设施外,还要重视人才的培养,在人才储备方面应该投入更多的精力。而纵观目前酒店发展的状况,普遍存在着人力资源上的各种问题,如管理模式落后、员工流动性大等,这些问题直接或间接影响和制约着酒店行业的发展。本文结合对大连地区的高星级酒店的调查,反映出人力资源在酒店管理上的重大意义,如何选拔管理人才,壮大酒店人才储备队伍,是推动酒店发展的关键因素,以此来确保酒店行业的稳步发展,推动当地旅游业和经济的发展。
