开发了一套针对方坯加热炉加热过程的模型控制系统,该系统由算法库、规则库、通信接口与数据库组成。算法库包括方坯二维温度计算模型和集成前馈机制的炉温设定控制模型,规则库包括基本物性参数库、基本工艺制度库以及待轧策略库,是对加热炉操作的抽象总结,通信接口用于接收外部L2系统的事件和数据,以驱动模型计算,数据库则用于存储相关工艺数据、控制参数和模型计算过程数据等。将该模型系统与L2系统集成,可在线计算炉内方坯的实时温度,并根据相应的加热制度设定炉温,以实现对炉温的优化控制。
A model control system for the heating process of billet heating furnace was developed. The system consists of an algorithm library, a rule library, a communication interface and a database. The algorithm library includes the two-dimensional temperature calculation model of billet and the furnace temperature setting control model with integrated feed-forward mechanism. The rule base includes the basic physical parameter base, the basic process system base and the strategy base to be rolled, which is an abstract summary of the furnace operation. Communication interface is used to receive external L2 system events and data to drive the model calculation, the database is used to store the relevant process data, control parameters and model calculation process data. Integrating the model system with L2 system, the real-time temperature of the furnace billet can be calculated online and the furnace temperature can be set according to the corresponding heating system so as to realize the optimal control of the furnace temperature.
