我院1978年以来共收治14例皮质醇增多症,均经临床、手术和病理证实,现报告如下。临床资料14例中男4例,女10例。年龄18～50岁。发病至就诊时间半年～15年。临床表现:14例均有向心性肥胖,满月脸,多血质。皮肤紫纹8例,其中面部蝶形红斑1例。毳毛增多12例,继发性闭经4例,月经稀少3例。阳萎2例。皮肤霉菌感染3例。面部痤疮6例。高血压8例,高血压心脏改变3 Since our hospital has treated 14 cases of hypercortisolism since 1978, they have been confirmed by clinical, surgical and pathological findings.
