本研究以~(60)Coγ射线辐照山楂萌动的1年生枝和1年生苗木。结果表明,处理苗木随着剂量的增加,辐射损伤加重,萌芽植株大大减少,采用短截落干使苗株下部芽萌发;在低剂量处理范围内,苗木受辐射损伤的程度随着粗度的增加而降低。以不同剂量处理萌动的1年生枝,在不同品种间的反应有一定的差异,密云品种经处理,多数枝系果实变小,大金星品种经处理,枝系的果实向变大与变小的方向发展。经处理果实种子减少不显著。本试验选出了大果型、短枝丰产型及短果柄观赏型的几个优良突变系。
