应用~3H-TdR掺入法研先Con A和LPS诱导后的淋巴细胞亚群的辐射效应及其相互关系。体外实验说明Con A细胞具有激活LPS对B细胞的诱导作用。当Con A细胞受10Gy照射后~3H—TdR掺入明显下降,并失去激活作用。LPS细胞受照不能被正常Con A细胞所激活。两种细胞受照后混合培养出现Con A细胞对LPS细胞的抑制作用。应用琼脂扩散盒培养法反映辐射对两种细胞的效应更明显。 8例鼻咽癌病人接受一个疗程的~(60)Co γ线治疗后,其Con A细胞的掺入显著下降,失去激活B细胞的作用。LPS细胞不能被正常Con A细胞所激活。本实验提示Con A细胞的辐射敏感性比LPS细胞高。
The radiation effect of lymphocyte subsets induced by Con A and LPS was investigated by ~3H-TdR incorporation method and their correlations. In vitro experiments demonstrated that Con A cells had the induction of LPS on B cells. When Con A cells were irradiated with 10 Gy, ~3H-TdR incorporation was significantly decreased and the activation was lost. Exposure of LPS cells cannot be activated by normal Con A cells. The inhibition of LPS cells by Con A cells was induced by mixed culture of both cells. The agar diffusion cassette culture method was used to reflect the more pronounced effects of radiation on both cells. After 8 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma received a course of ~(60)Co γ line therapy, the incorporation of Con A cells was significantly decreased and the B cells were lost. LPS cells cannot be activated by normal Con A cells. This experiment suggests that Con A cells have higher radiation sensitivity than LPS cells.
