目的 探讨以家庭为中心的护理对青少年1型糖尿病患者家庭亲密度和适应性及血糖控制的影响.方法 对干预组37例青少年1型糖尿病患者进行以家庭为中心的护理干预,对照组35例进行常规教育,采用家庭亲密度和适应性量表(FACESII-CV)及糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)作为评价指标,分析以家庭为中心的护理干预对患者家庭亲密度和适应性及血糖控制的影响.结果 干预后,干预组家庭亲密度和适应性明显改善(P＜0.05);干预组患者家庭亲密度得分明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05),但两组家庭适应性得分差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);两组患者HbA1c均明显改善(P＜0.05)且干预组HbA1c优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 以家庭为中心的护理能够改善青少年1型糖尿病患者家庭亲密度和适应性,改善血糖控制.
