目的 探讨螺旋CT动脉期薄层扫描对胰腺动脉的显示情况。材料与方法 回顾性分析 5 8例正常胰腺的螺旋CT动脉期薄层扫描 (准直 5mm ,重建间距 3mm)图像 ,由两位医师阅片并记录胰腺间接供血动脉 (腹腔干、肝动脉、脾动脉、肠系膜上动脉、胃十二指肠动脉 )和直接供血动脉 (胰背、胰横、胰大、胰尾、胰十二指肠上前、上后、胰十二指肠下动脉 )的显示率。结果 胰腺的间接供血动脉全部显示 ,直接供血动脉显示例数分别为胰背动脉 36例 ( 6 2 % ) ,胰横动脉 2 2例 ( 38% ) ,胰大动脉 6例 ( 10 % ) ,胰十二指肠上前动脉 38例 ( 6 6 % ) ,胰十二指肠上后动脉 15例 ( 2 6 % ) ,胰十二指肠下动脉 2 6例 ( 4 5 % )。结论 螺旋CT动脉期薄层扫描能很好地显示胰腺间接供血动脉 ,但对胰腺直接供血动脉的显示率较低
Objective To investigate the manifestation of pancreatic artery by spiral CT arterial phase thin-section scanning. Materials and Methods We retrospectively analyzed the arterial phase thin-slice images (5 mm in alignment, 3 mm in reconstruction distance) of 58 normal pancreas samples. The two physicians read and recorded the indirect feeding of the pancreas (celiac, hepatic artery, spleen Arteries, superior mesenteric artery, gastroduodenal artery) and direct feeding arteries (pancreatic back, pancreas transverse, pancreas, pancreatic tail, pancreaticoduodenal superior, superior, pancreaticoduodenal artery) Display rate. Results The indirect feeding arteries of pancreas all showed that the number of direct feeding arteries were 36 cases (62%) of pancreatic dorsal artery, 22 cases (38%) of pancreas transverse artery, 6 cases (10%) of pancreas artery, There were 38 cases (66%) of the anterior secondary to the duodenum, 15 cases (26%) of the posterior pancreaticoduodenal artery and 26 (45%) of the inferior pancreaticoduodenal artery. Conclusion The spiral CT arterial phase thin-section scanning can display the indirect feeding artery of the pancreas well, but the display rate of the direct feeding artery to the pancreas is low
