天津大港发电厂一期燃油锅炉技术改造工程中,炉膛安全监控系统(FSSS)的调试工作,先后经过了系统授电、硬件检查、系统静态试验、动态试验等几个阶段。在调试过程中遇到了很多问题,经过各方的共同努力,在FSSS系统的保护、控制、各种逻辑组态等多方面进行了改进,使锅炉保护的投入率及I/O测点的投入率均为100%,顺利地通过了168 h试运,达到设计要求。
In the first phase of Tianjin Dagang Power Plant’s technological transformation project of oil-fired boiler, the commissioning work of the furnace hearth safety monitoring system (FSSS) has passed several stages such as system power supply, hardware check, system static test and dynamic test. During the debugging process, many problems have been encountered.
