目的观察肺炎支原体(MP)感染患儿细胞免疫与体液免疫的变化情况,以便为MP感染患儿的免疫治疗提供依据。方法对18例确诊为MP感染患儿(MP感染组)和20例非MP感染的其他疾病患儿(对照组)采用流式细胞仪检测外周血淋巴细胞亚群情况,并采用速率散色比浊法检测血清免疫球蛋白含量。结果 MP感染组外周血中CD+3、CD+4细胞的百分率较对照组明显降低(P<0.05),而NK细胞的百分率明显升高(P<0.05);MP感染组血清中IgG和IgA含量与对照组比较无明显差异(P>0.05),但IgM含量明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 MP感染时患儿的免疫功能会有不同程度的下降。
Objective To observe the changes of cellular immunity and humoral immunity in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP) infection in order to provide basis for immunotherapy in children with MP infection.
