教学策略是教学设计的有机组成部分,是指在特定的教学环境中为完成教学目标和适应学生认知需要而制订的教学程序计划及所采取的教学实施措施。教学策略制订、实施得如何会直接影响教学效果,是教师在设计教学过程中应重点考虑的因素。下面,结合本人的一些粗浅认识,浅谈在新课程下提高小学数学课堂教学实效的四种教学策略。
Instructional strategy is an integral part of instructional design. It refers to the teaching plan and the instructional measures adopted in order to accomplish the teaching objectives and meet the cognitive needs of students in a specific teaching environment. Teaching strategy formulation and implementation of how the direct impact on teaching effectiveness is the teacher in the design of teaching process should be the key consideration factor. Below, combined with some of my superficial understanding, to discuss the four teaching strategies to improve the effectiveness of teaching in primary mathematics classroom under the new curriculum.
