以白鼠为实驗材料。将动物麻醉(腹腔內注射麻醉),取右側第六,第七,第八,肋骨及其肋间肌,作为对照組織,伤口縫合后立即将鼠置于大約含有15——30％CO_2之瓶內,1——10分钟,拿出,后再取第二,三,四,五,右側肋骨及其肋間肌。然后,再縫合皮膚,讓鼠呼吸正常空气3 1/2小时,将头切除,取第九,十,十一,同側肋骨及其肋间肌,所取之組織皆立即以Bielschowsky氏銀浸法,Ehrlich氏美
The mouse was used as experimental material. Animals were anesthetized (intraperitoneal injection of anesthetic), and the right sixth, seventh, eighth, ribs and their intercostal muscles were taken as the control tissue. After the wound was sutured, the rats were placed in bottles containing approximately 15-30% CO2. Inside, 1 - 10 minutes, take out, and then take the second, third, fourth, fifth, right ribs and intercostal muscles.
