目的探讨羊膜移植在治疗严重结膜囊狭窄中的应用。方法对31例严重结膜囊狭窄、无法安装义眼的患者行结膜囊成形术,根据结膜缺损范围,将羊膜上皮面朝上移植于植床上,21例同时行下穹隆加深术。结果术后随访6月～3年,失访5例。26例中24例成功,术后能安装义眼;2例失败,术后不能安装义眼。结论结膜囊成形联合羊膜移植术治疗严重结膜囊狭窄疗效肯定。
Objective To investigate the application of amniotic membrane transplantation in the treatment of severe conjunctival stenosis. Methods Thirty-one patients with severe conjunctival stenosis who could not install the eyelid underwent conjunctival balloon angioplasty. According to the range of conjunctival defects, the amniotic epithelium was transplanted to the implantation site with the face up, and 21 cases underwent further subfornical deepening. Results The patients were followed up for 6 months to 3 years and lost to 5 cases. Twenty-six of the 26 patients were successful and could be fitted with a prosthetic eye. Two patients failed to install the prosthetic eye. Conclusions Conjunctival sac formation and amniotic membrane transplantation for the treatment of severe conjunctival stenosis sure effect.
