农村卫生是卫生工作的重中之重。江泽民总书记在全国卫生工作会议上明确指出:“我国农村人口占人口的绝大多数,农村医疗卫生基础薄弱,比较落后。只有切实搞好农村卫生工作,才能使我国卫生状况在整体上有一个大的改观。”近两年来,广昌县认真贯彻《抚州地区乡村医疗机构一体化管理实施办法》,大力推行以“三制、四有、五统一”为核心的一体化管理,农村卫生工作面貌出现了可喜变化。主要体现在以下几个方面:
Rural health is a top priority for health work. General Secretary Jiang Zemin explicitly pointed out at the national conference on health work: “China’s rural population accounts for the vast majority of the population, and the rural medical and health care infrastructure is weak. It is relatively backward. Only by doing a good job in rural health work can we have a health status in China as a whole. Great change.” In the past two years, Guangchang County has conscientiously implemented the “Implementation Measures for Integrated Management of Rural Medical Institutions in Fuzhou Area” and vigorously promoted integrated management with “three systems, four systems, and five systems as the core”, and rural health work.
