目的 :观察转化生长因子 β1(TGF- β1)、表皮生长因子 (EGF)在人胎儿晶状体上皮细胞的表达。方法 :用 SP免疫细胞化学法对 48例人胎儿不同胎龄晶状体上皮细胞进行 TGF- β1、EGF免疫细胞化学染色。结果 :TGF- β1、EGF在人胎儿不同胎龄晶状体上皮细胞均有表达。TGF-β1、EGF阳性细胞浆为桔黄色或棕黄色的颗粒状或斑块状 ;并且阳性细胞随着胎龄的增加而减少。经相关分析 :TGF- β1与 EGF呈正相关。结论 :TGF- β1、EGF在人胎儿不同胎龄晶状体上皮细胞均有表达 ,并且随着胎龄的增加而减少 ;TGF- β1与 EGF具有协同作用 ,共同促进晶状体上皮细胞的增殖
Objective: To observe the expression of transforming growth factor β1 (TGF-β1) and epidermal growth factor (EGF) in human fetal lens epithelial cells. Methods: Immunocytochemical staining of TGF-β1 and EGF was performed in 48 cases of fetal lens epithelial cells of different gestational age by SP immunocytochemistry. Results: TGF-β1 and EGF were expressed in lens epithelial cells of different gestational age. TGF-β1, EGF-positive cytoplasm is orange or brown granular or plaque; and positive cells decreased with increasing gestational age. The correlation analysis: TGF-β1 and EGF were positively correlated. CONCLUSION: TGF-β1 and EGF are expressed in lens epithelial cells of different gestational age in human fetus, and decrease with the increase of gestational age. TGF-β1 and EGF have synergistic effects and promote the proliferation of lens epithelial cells
