《基础教育课程改革纲要(试行)》指出,要建立“促进学生素质全面发展的评价体系”,要建立“促进教师不断提高的评价体系”。2003年南通市中考化学命题充分体现这一指导思想,增加了与社会生产生活相联系,应用性、能力性强的试题以及开放性、探究性强的试题,突出了对学生的能力要求,对学生索质的全面发展和教师综合能力的提高具有很强的导向作用和促进作用。试题具有以下特点:
