北京型内燃机车的车架边梁采用A3钢板焊成箱形结构,由压型槽钢、下盖板和中间隔板三部分组成。边梁长11米,宽230毫米,高300毫米。压型槽钢由三段拼接而成(见图1)。为了满足下工序车架组焊要求,边梁焊后在全长范围内应有上挠度20~22毫米,旁弯不大于5毫米。因为两条纵向角焊缝(焊角8毫米)设置在边梁下部两侧(见图1),不对称于边梁的几何轴线中心。原来焊接时,由于上下不对称加热,所以焊后产生46
