Production internship is an important part of college teaching, and it is also the need to adapt to the development of post and telecommunications undertakings, and an effective way to accelerate the training of qualified personnel. Since the reform and opening up, the traditional system of combining teaching with production practices has given new content, making it more vivid, more complete, and more standardized and institutionalized. These contents are as follows: 1. Establishing a stable and practical production practice base Since 1989, our Institute has successively established postal and telecommunication administration bureaus and more than 30 municipalities in 16 provinces and cities including Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Shandong and Fujian.
