在湿法冶金工艺流程中,有用箱式混合澄清器进行分段逆流萃取。这种箱式混合澄清器每一段有一混合室和一澄清室,上一段澄清室和下一段混合室用外管道和阀门连通。混合室采用机械搅拌,实现水相和有机相混合;澄清室使有机相和水相分离,在正常的操作条件下,二者界面有一个合适的高度。稳定这个合适的界面高度,是实现正常生产的重要手段。笔者采用DDZ—Ⅱ型电
In the hydrometallurgical process, the use of box-type mixed clarifier for countercurrent extraction. Each of the box-type mixer-settlers has a mixing chamber and a clarification chamber. The upper clarification chamber and the next mixing chamber are interconnected by an outer pipe and a valve. The mixing chamber is mechanically agitated to allow mixing of the aqueous and organic phases. The clarification chamber separates the organic phase from the aqueous phase. Under normal operating conditions, the interface between the two phases has a suitable height. Stabilizing this suitable interface height is an important means of achieving normal production.
