随着我国企业走向欧美市场,越来越多的企业在实施固定转售价格时面临着如何应对欧美反垄断法调整的问题。因此,了解欧美反垄断法在固定转售价格方面的规定,对我国企业走向欧美市场就显得十分重要。
As Chinese enterprises move to European and American markets, more and more enterprises are faced with the problem of how to deal with the adjustment of the European and American antitrust laws when implementing fixed resale prices. Therefore, understanding the provisions of the European and American antitrust laws on fixed resale prices is very important for our enterprises to go to the European and American markets.
