日前,《成都市物管企业资质等级管理规定(试行)》出台。4月1日后,成都的物业管理企业资质将分为一到四级4个等级和临时资质。未取得相应资质证书、未办理相应资质备案或超出资质证书相应等级核定范围从事物业管理服务的物管企业,除被责令停止物业管理服务外,还可处以2000元以上、2万元以下罚款。 据了解,成都市取得资质证书的物管企业有330余家。根据《规定》,在4月1日前,都需向物管企业注册地所在的区(市)、县物业管理主管部门申请初审,报成都市房地局审核办理。符合条例资质三级、四级和临时资质条件的,由成都市
