刘少奇城市接管思想是解放战争中后期刘少奇在指导各地城市接管工作中形成的。其思想的形成经历了三个阶段:在人民解放军进入战略反攻时期刘少奇认识到了城市工作的重要性;在指导石家庄和临汾等城市的接管过程中初步形成;在指导平、津两市的接管过程中基本形成。
Liu Shaoqi Urban takeover thought was formed during the later period of the Liberation War by Liu Shaoqi guiding the takeover of cities. The formation of his thinking went through three stages: During the strategic counter-offensive of the PLA, Liu Shaoqi realized the importance of urban work; formed the initial guidance in the process of taking over the cities such as Shijiazhuang and Linfen; guided the takeovers of Ping and Jin cities In the basic form.
