目的评价LEEP刀联合干扰素凝胶治疗宫颈糜烂的价值。方法回顾分析2010年1月份至2011年1月份在我院行LEEP刀联合干扰素凝胶治疗宫颈糜烂的169例患者的临床资料,患者均为术前行TCT细胞学检查及阴道镜下活检排除CIN的Ⅱ～Ⅲ度宫颈糜烂患者。结果治愈160例(94.2%),好转7例(4.34%),无效2例(1.44%)。结论 LEEP刀联合干扰素凝胶治疗宫颈糜烂治愈率高,且可以减少其并发症的发生。
Objective To evaluate the value of LEEP knife combined with interferon gel in the treatment of cervical erosion. Methods The clinical data of 169 patients with cervical erosion treated with LEEP knife and interferon gel in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2011 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients underwent TCT cytology and colposcopy biopsy before operation CIN Ⅱ ~ Ⅲ degree cervical erosion patients. The results were cured in 160 cases (94.2%), improvement in 7 cases (4.34%), 2 cases (1.44%) were ineffective. Conclusion LEEP knife combined with interferon gel treatment of cervical erosion cure rate, and can reduce the incidence of complications.
