以单独添加Nb及复合添加Nb和B的超纯Cr17铁素体不锈钢为试验材料,系统研究了微合金元素B对超纯Cr17铁素体不锈钢薄板的组织、织构和性能的影响。两种不同成分的坯料经相同热轧、冷轧及退火处理后,分别采用金相显微镜及X射线衍射技术观察两种成分下的组织和织构。研究结果表明,与单独添加Nb的相比,B的添加细化了再结晶组织,提高了再结晶温度;B的添加提高了成品板的强度,增加了成品板的Lüders应变;弱化了成品板的γ纤维再结晶织构,增加了强点偏离{111}<112>组分的程度,恶化了成品板的成形性能。
The effect of microelement B on the microstructure, textures and properties of ultra-pure Cr17 ferritic stainless steel sheets was studied systematically with ultra-pure Cr17 ferritic stainless steel with addition of Nb and Nb and B additions. Two different compositions of the billet by the same hot-rolled, cold-rolled and annealed, respectively, the use of metallographic microscope and X-ray diffraction techniques were observed under the two components of the organization and texture. The results showed that the addition of B refined the recrystallized structure and increased the recrystallization temperature compared with the addition of Nb alone. The addition of B increased the strength of the finished plate and increased the Lüders strain of the finished plate. Γ fiber recrystallization texture, increasing the strong point deviated from the {111} <112> component of the degree of deterioration of the finished sheet forming performance.
