针对航空接头类薄壁件,采用遗传算法和有限元法相结合的优化方法,提出以加工过程中零件平均应力最小为目标函数,建立工件装夹优化模型。该方法优化后所得平均应力与实验所得数据基本一致,验证了这是一种有效的夹具装夹优化方法,对改善加工变形提供了可靠依据。
Aiming at the thin-walled parts of aeronautical connector, the optimization method combining genetic algorithm and finite element method is proposed. The optimization model of workpiece clamping is established by taking the minimum average stress of the part as the objective function. The average stress obtained by this method is basically the same as the experimental data, which proves that this method is an effective method of fixture clamping optimization and provides a reliable basis for improving the processing deformation.
