目的:提出药事纠纷对策,促进医院和谐发展。方法:分析药事纠纷的引发原因,从管理上探讨药事纠纷的对策。结果:健全措施,建立多层面立体式药事纠纷防范与解决机制有利于减少和解决药事纠纷。结论:药事纠纷很难避免,其防范和解决需要医院、社会、政府部门共同努力。
Objective: To propose drug dispute countermeasures and promote the harmonious development of the hospital. Methods: To analyze the causes of drug disputes and discuss the countermeasures of drug disputes from the perspective of management. Results: Sound measures to establish a multi-dimensional three-dimensional medical dispute prevention and resolution mechanism is conducive to reducing and resolving drug disputes. Conclusion: Pharmacological disputes are difficult to avoid, and their prevention and solution require the joint efforts of hospitals, society and government departments.
