提出一种并联双速双流化床技术,并对其粗、细颗粒的交换特性进行了冷态实验研究。研究结果表明,不同的运行参数和结构参数都会对颗粒的定向交换造成影响,但对不同粒径影响的程度不同。风速对0.6 mm以下细颗粒交换率影响显著,最大可达-100%(全部交换);隔墙高度与粗床床层高度之差在200-250 mm左右时,颗粒定向交换效果达到最佳:粗床中0.6 mm以下颗粒减少了近70-80%,而3mm以上颗粒减少量几乎为零;细床床层高度增加到一定值后,会出现细颗粒的“倒灌”现象;各工况下,细床床料的平均粒径最大值仅为0.55 mm。
A parallel two-speed and two-fluidized bed technology is proposed and the cold-state experimental research on the exchange characteristics of coarse and fine particles is carried out. The results show that different operating parameters and structural parameters will affect the directional exchange of particles, but different degrees of influence on different particle sizes. Wind speed has a significant effect on the exchange rate of fine particles below 0.6 mm, up to -100% (all exchanges); the effect of directional exchange of particles is best when the difference between the height of the partition wall and the height of the coarse bed is about 200-250 mm: In the coarse bed, the particles below 0.6 mm are reduced by nearly 70-80%, while the decrement of the particles above 3 mm is almost zero. The fine particle bed “backflow” phenomenon occurs after the height of the bed is increased to a certain value; Under the conditions, the average bed size of fine bed material maximum is only 0.55 mm.
