自20世纪90年代以来,我国少数民族教育立法步入了快速发展的新时期,为维护和保障少数民族学生平等受教育的权益提供了更稳固的法律保障。但总体上,民族教育立法工作依然滞后于民族教育本身的发展,一直处于较低水平,亟待发展。本文在分析少数民族教育立法所存问题的基础上,借鉴、吸收了国外民族教育立法的先进经验,从而探寻了我国少数民族教育立法的新思路。
Since the 1990s, the education legislation of ethnic minorities in China has entered a new period of rapid development, providing a more stable legal guarantee for safeguarding and safeguarding the rights and interests of ethnic minority students equally educated. However, on the whole, the legislative work of ethnic education still lags behind the development of ethnic education itself and has been at a relatively low level and is in urgent need of development. Based on the analysis of the problems existing in minority education legislation, this paper draws on and absorbs the advanced experience of foreign education legislation, and explores the new ideas of minority education legislation in our country.
