为进一步加强流域梯级水电站安全与应急工作,落实《国家安全监管总局办公厅关于发布2015年安全生产重大事故防治关键技术科技项目的通知》的要求,2015年4月15日~16日,水电水利规划设计总院在北京主持召开了2015年安全生产重大事故防治关键技术科技项目“流域梯级水电站安全与应急研究”课题启动会议。作为课题总负责人,郑声安院长出席会议并讲话,结合国内外的水电工程事故案例及应急救援案例和新常态下水电流域安全与应急管理所面临的主要问题,阐述了课题的立项背景、开展本课题研究的迫切性和重要性,并对课题的预期成果——智慧型流域梯级水电站安全与应急综合信息平台研发提出了相关要求。

The urgency and importance of the research of this project, and the expected results of the project - the wisdom of basin cascade hydropower station safety and emergency information platform for research and development put forward the relevant requirements.
