冷轧晶粒取向硅钢片是电力变压器的关键材料。除了要求它磁感高,铁损低和优质的表面绝缘涂层外,它还应该有良好的机械性能。生产上经常采用室温下的反复弯曲作为判别硅钢片机械性能的主要实验方法。(110)〔001〕织构硅钢片,目前取向度已达到90%以上。机械性能(弯曲次数,延伸率等)也如同磁性一样在纵向(轧向)和横向上显示出有很大的差异。为了确定取向材料机械性能与织构的相关性,即与晶粒位向的关系,本文应用金相蚀坑方法对冷轧取向硅钢片的范性变形直至断裂进行了观测和分
