从研究国内爆破行业管理的问题出发,以凤冈县晟奥爆破有限责任公司为例,运用多种方法,通过实际调研及发放调查卷等方式,来获取晟奥爆破有限公司薪酬管理的详细资料。研究发现,由于受到国内传统企业的影响,该公司管理者对薪酬管理缺乏足够的认识,由此导致其薪酬在管理方面存在着对外缺乏竞争性,对内缺乏激励性等问题。最后从薪酬管理的内容的角度解析了爆破公司薪酬管理制度出现的问题,并提出针对企业员工的薪酬制度再次设计的建议。
Based on the study of the management of blasting industry in China, taking Fenggang Shengao Blasting Co., Ltd as an example, we use various methods to obtain detailed information on the compensation management of Sheng’ao Blasting Co., Ltd. through actual investigation and investigation questionnaire. . The study found that due to the impact of traditional domestic enterprises, the company’s managers lack of adequate understanding of the payroll management, resulting in its pay management in the lack of external competition, the lack of motivation and other issues. Finally, from the perspective of the content of salary management, the paper analyzes the problems that arise in the salary management system of blasting company and puts forward the suggestion of redesigning the salary system for employees.
