目的 探讨听觉诱发电位Ⅶ波后早期的电变化及机制。方法 测定正常人群不同状态下的听觉诱发电位 ,以各波潜伏期和波幅为指标观察不同因素对Ⅶ波后早期电变化的影响。结果 18%的男性和 2 4%的女性Ⅶ波后出现正相高电压 ,且在注意转移或睡眠时降低或消失。结论 个体脑干听觉诱发电位Ⅶ波后早期电变化的改变与其注意及意识状态有关。
Objective To investigate the early post-wave electric changes and mechanism of auditory evoked potential Ⅶ. Methods The auditory evoked potentials of different groups of normal people were measured. The latency and amplitude of each wave were used as indexes to observe the effect of different factors on the early change of wave after Ⅶ. Results In 18% of men and 24% of women, there was a positive phase high voltage after wave Ⅶ and decreased or disappeared when paying attention to metastasis or sleep. Conclusion The changes of early postburn electrical changes of individual brainstem auditory evoked potential Ⅶ are related to their attention and state of consciousness.
