搅拌器型式对混合过程能否达到应用体系的混合目的和是否具有较好的经济性起着重要的作用。本文运用层次分析法(AHP)对特定应用体系的搅拌器选型过程进行模型化和决策分析。首先建立决策递阶层次,然后收集和设置权重,最后通过综合评价得到适用于此应用体系的候选搅拌器评价列表。通过实例分析,系统的决策结果与领域专家的判断相当一致。
The mixer type plays an important role in whether the mixing process can achieve the mixing purpose of the application system and whether it has good economy. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is used in this paper to model and decide the mixer selection process in a specific application system. First, the hierarchy of decision-making is established, and then the weights are collected and set. Finally, the evaluation list of candidate blenders suitable for this application system is obtained through the comprehensive evaluation. Through the example analysis, the decision-making result of the system is quite consistent with the expert judgment of the field.
