贫困劳动人口的就业状况贫困家庭劳动力人口的就业率低,下岗和失业率高,是导致家庭收入低的直接和主要原因。在贫困家庭的劳动人口中,正常就业的人口仅占16.8％。失业、下岗、待岗、长期病休、提前内退、待业等情况所占比例很高,共计50.3％,是就业人口的近3倍(2.99)。贫困家庭劳动人口的就业率大大低于北京市民普通家庭。
Employment status of poor working population The employment rate of poor family labor force population is low, and the high unemployment rate and unemployment rate are the direct and main reasons leading to low household income. Among the working-age population in poor families, the number of people who have regular employment accounts for only 16.8%. The proportion of unemployed, laid-off, waiting-to-be-laid, long-term sickness, early retirement and unemployed accounts for a high proportion, accounting for 50.3% of the total, nearly three times the employed population (2.99). The employment rate of poor family labor force is much lower than ordinary citizens of Beijing.
