城市建设档案为我国档案管理工作的重中之重,真实反映了现代城市发展建设轨迹与历史状态。城市建设档案无论在城市问题研究、规划建设或是管理工作、处理法律纠纷等层面均承担了重要职能。本文就城市建设档案管理的现实意义出发探讨了实践工作存在的问题,并制定了科学发展对策。对全面提升城市建设档案工作水平,创设更大的社会效益,有重要的实践意义。
The archives of urban construction are the most important part of archives management in our country, which truly reflect the track and history of modern urban development. The urban construction archives has taken on important functions both in urban research, planning and construction or management, and legal disputes handling. Based on the practical significance of urban construction archives management, this paper discusses the problems existing in practice and formulates the scientific development countermeasures. It is of great practical significance to comprehensively enhance the level of urban construction archives work and create greater social benefits.
